Meet Maci! 
Your Joyful Face Painter!

Hi there! I am Maci and I'm 13 years old, and you could say I'm pretty busy making my own way in the world. I'm an entrepreneur, and I'm incredibly proud to have already formed my own business: Joyful Canvas Facepaint by Maci, LLC. It's thrilling to be a young business owner, always looking for new ideas and figuring out how to make them happen. It's exciting to see what I can create and how I can make a positive impact through my work.

I've been homeschooled my whole life, which I think has given me a lot of independence and a unique perspective. It's definitely helped me dive deep into the things I'm passionate about, like theater. I absolutely love it! Taking part in community theater in particular,  is one of my favorite things to do – there's just something magical about bringing stories to life on stage, working as a team, and seeing how art can connect people.

Looking ahead, I see myself combining my love for art and performance. I'm really excited about pursuing careers in special effects makeup and tattoo artistry. Imagine creating incredible, transformative looks for film or stage, or designing permanent, meaningful art on someone's skin – that's what I want to do! And, of course, I hope to keep performing in theater whenever I can, because there's nothing quite like the energy of live performance.

Beyond my creative pursuits, I'm also really passionate about the world around me. I care a lot about the environment, always looking for ways to be more sustainable and encourage others to do the same. But my passion extends even further to people. I'm a strong believer in human rights for everyone, everywhere. To me, that means advocating for equal rights, regardless of someone's background, gender, or beliefs. I deeply believe in women's empowerment, recognizing the strength and potential of women and girls around the globe, and wanting to see them have every opportunity to succeed. And at the core of it all is inclusion – making sure everyone feels seen, valued, and has a place. These values are important to me, and I try to live them out every day, whether it's in my business ideas, my interactions, or simply how I view the world.
